Refund Policy
Clear refund, cancellation and billing terms for TitanRDP Remote Desktop services.
Effective: September 07, 2026
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to TitanRDP Remote Desktop (RDP) services and covers the initial service term, renewals, setup or activation charges, optional RDP-related add-ons or licences, billing corrections and approved refund requests.
2. Refund after activation: unused service time only
For the initial RDP service term, time already used after activation is non-refundable. If TitanRDP approves a cancellation and refund request while the service term is still active, only the unused portion of the base RDP service period is eligible for a prorated refund. Each started service day counts as a used day.
Example: If a customer purchases a 30-day RDP plan and requests an approved refund after using 10 days, the used 10 days are non-refundable and the remaining 20 unused days are eligible for a prorated refund. The prorated amount is calculated from the base RDP service charge paid for that service term. Non-refundable setup fees, add-ons, licences and other excluded charges are not included in this calculation.
3. No full 30-day money-back guarantee
TitanRDP does not provide a full 30-day money-back guarantee for RDP services after the service has been used. Any approved refund after activation is limited to the eligible unused portion described in Section 2.
4. Renewals are non-refundable
RDP renewal payments are non-refundable once processed. If you do not wish to continue a service, cancel it before the next renewal or due date. The unused-time refund rule in Section 2 applies to the initial RDP service term and does not create a refund right for a processed renewal.
5. Add-ons, licences and setup fees are non-refundable
Optional RDP add-ons, software or control-panel licences, dedicated IP charges, additional resources, third-party or upstream charges, and any setup, configuration, activation or installation fee are non-refundable once ordered, provisioned, activated, purchased or work has started.
6. Billing errors and duplicate payments
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once for the same invoice or order, contact TitanRDP support with the relevant invoice and transaction details. Verified duplicate payments or billing errors will be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.
7. Refund requests, abuse and processing
Refund requests must be sent from the email address registered on the TitanRDP account and must include the relevant order or invoice number. Services suspended or terminated for unlawful use, abuse, fraud, prohibited activity, chargeback misuse, material breach or security risk are not eligible for a refund. Approved refunds are normally initiated within 7 business days, although the payment provider or banking network may require additional time to complete the credit.
8. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
9. Contact
Refund and billing questions should be sent from the email address registered on your TitanRDP account to [email protected]. Please include the relevant order or invoice number.
