Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for lawful, responsible and secure use of TitanRDP Remote Desktop services.
Effective: September 07, 2026
1. Scope and acceptance
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every TitanRDP Remote Desktop (RDP) service. By ordering, activating, accessing or using a TitanRDP service, the customer agrees to use it only for lawful, legitimate and authorized purposes and to comply with this policy, the Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
2. Lawful use only
A TitanRDP service must not be activated, configured or used to commit, facilitate, promote, conceal or support any illegal, unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or unauthorized activity. Customers must not use the service in a way that violates the rights of another person, organization, network, platform or service provider.
3. Unauthorized access, hacking and attacks
Prohibited activity includes unauthorized access or attempted access to accounts, computers, networks or data; credential theft; brute-force attacks; password cracking against systems you do not own or have permission to test; malicious port scanning; denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks; botnets; command-and-control activity; ransomware; malware distribution; exploitation of vulnerabilities without authorization; and any attempt to disrupt, damage or compromise another system or service.
4. Fraud, phishing, spam and deceptive activity
TitanRDP services must not be used for phishing, scams, impersonation, payment fraud, account takeover, identity theft, credential harvesting, deceptive websites, fraudulent advertising, unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, malicious automation or the distribution, sale or use of stolen accounts, payment information, personal data or other unlawfully obtained information.
5. Sexual content and sexual activity are prohibited
RDP services must not be used to access for sexual purposes, create, upload, download, store, host, stream, transmit, distribute, sell, advertise, solicit, promote, facilitate or operate pornography, sexually explicit or adult content, erotic content, sexual live-streaming or sexual chat services, escort or prostitution services, sexual solicitation, sexual services, sexual exploitation, trafficking, non-consensual intimate or explicit material, or any other sexual activity, sexual-content service or adult-content business. This prohibition applies even where particular adult content or activity may otherwise be legal in a jurisdiction. Any sexual exploitation or sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited.
6. Illegal content, infringement and harmful conduct
RDP services must not be used to store, distribute, sell, promote or facilitate illegal goods or services, pirated or unlawfully distributed copyrighted material, stolen data, content that violates privacy or intellectual-property rights, credible threats, stalking, harassment, extortion, exploitation or other conduct prohibited by applicable law.
7. Network and resource abuse
Customers must not intentionally overload TitanRDP infrastructure, interfere with other customers, evade technical or abuse controls, manipulate network identity for abusive purposes, operate open proxies or relays for prohibited activity, or use excessive automated traffic in a way that creates security, stability or reputation risk for TitanRDP or its upstream providers.
8. Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for activity performed through the RDP service and for keeping account and RDP credentials secure. If credentials are lost, stolen or compromised, the customer should contact TitanRDP support promptly. Permission from the owner of a target system is required before security testing, scanning or access that would otherwise be unauthorized.
9. Abuse review and cooperation
TitanRDP may review credible abuse reports and relevant technical or account information reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate suspected violations, prevent harm or comply with lawful requests. Where appropriate, TitanRDP may require the customer to stop the prohibited activity or provide clarification.
10. Suspension, termination and no refund for violations
If TitanRDP reasonably determines that an RDP service is being used in breach of this policy, for illegal activity or for any prohibited activity described above, TitanRDP may immediately suspend the RDP service, restrict access or permanently terminate the service where necessary to protect TitanRDP, its network, upstream providers, other customers or third parties. Where suspension or termination results from the customer's violation of this policy, the affected RDP service and any remaining unused service time are non-refundable, and no account credit is due for the violation-related suspension or termination, except to the extent a refund or remedy is required by applicable law. Setup, configuration, activation, licences and add-on charges remain subject to the Refund Policy.
11. Contact and abuse reports
Questions about permitted use or reports of suspected abuse can be sent to [email protected]. If you are unsure whether a planned use is permitted, contact TitanRDP before using the RDP service for that purpose.
