It does not replace any confirmed order, service-specific commitment, Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy or Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep plan descriptions, locations, specifications, operating-system information and activation guidance accurate. Availability can depend on capacity, payment or compliance review, upstream infrastructure and the configuration selected at the time of order. If a particular feature, location or technical requirement is essential, please confirm it before purchase.

3. Performance, latency and uptime information

Performance examples, latency figures, network routes, throughput references and activation estimates are informational unless an order or service-level commitment expressly states otherwise. Actual results can vary because of internet routing, customer workload, software configuration, maintenance, attacks, upstream providers and conditions outside a single provider's control. Any express service commitment remains governed by the applicable order or agreement.

4. Technical information is general guidance

Guides, articles, configuration suggestions and support information on this website are provided for general operational assistance. They are not legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, compliance or professional security advice. Customers should obtain qualified advice where their use case is subject to specific legal, licensing or compliance requirements.

5. Customer systems, software and data

Unless a written service description says otherwise, customers remain responsible for their applications, software licensing, credentials, access controls, patching, configuration and recoverable backups of important data. A remote server or RDP service should not be treated as the only copy of critical data.

TitanRDP uses safeguards intended to protect its platform and services, but no internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely free of security, availability or operational risk. Customers should use strong unique credentials, appropriate access restrictions, current software and other controls suitable for their workload.
